Royal Jelly (concentrated Extract equiv. to 11mg 10HDA), Soyabean Oil, Gelatin, Glycerol, Vegetable Oil, Beeswax, Lecithin.
Dosage/Direction:
1 capsule per serving, 1 to 2 servings per day. You can simply take it with water or cut open and mix content in water as a drink, or in food.
