Order Process and Delivery

 

Shortly after your order is placed, we will send you an email confirming your order Orders received

Monday - Friday before 2pm local time are processed the same day. Orders received after 2pm local time and any time on Saturday - Sunday are processed the next business day

We will send goods to you via Australia Post or other transportation companies to your nominated address.  Once we ship your order, we will send you an email and confirms your shipment.

Should you wish to pick your products up from our shop please note our opening hour: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm. Saturday 9:30am to 6:00pm, Sunday 12:30pm to 5:30pm. We advise you to contact us to let us know you are coming to place an order

Please note that some countries will charge Customs fees or import duties on the overseas orders. Please be aware that these charges are the customer's responsibility and are beyond our control. We advise that you contact the relevant government body in your country (e.g. Customs & Excise) for information on what these charges might be. 

 

 

 

Back Orders 


Although it is a high priority for us to ensure all of our items are in stock, there may be times when certain items are out of stock due to high demand or a manufacturer issue. In most cases, we receive back-ordered items within 5 business days. If your order contains a back-ordered item, it will be shipped to you as soon it comes in.

 

 

FREE Samples with Order

When you place an order with Bestwind, you may receive various product samples. The samples are always changing, so you can get to try new and different items with the order you place.

 

 

Return Policy
We are dedicated to provide the best products. If you change your mind and want to return your goods, please return it within 7 days in their original condition for a full refund. However,we do not refund for the shipping charge. If the item is defective or if we sent wrong goods to you, please send email to notify us within 48 hours. After we confirm that is due to our error, we are happy to provide full refund including postage costs. We will proceed the refund only after the returns has been received。

Please note that we will not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during the shipment.
